SHIMANO Pedals PDM520-L Editorial Review
The SHIMANO PDM520 Clipless SPD Bicycle Cycling Pedals are a popular choice for cyclists looking for a reliable and easy-to-use pedal system. These pedals are compatible with SPD cleats and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor cycling. Many customers appreciate the ease of clipping in and out of these pedals, making them a great option for beginners to clipless pedals. The pedals have a small platform, which some customers find to be a drawback as it reduces stability when not clipped in. The float in these pedals can be quite noticeable and may be annoying to some cyclists. However, the adjustable tension feature allows riders to customize the float to their preference. The durability of these pedals is highly praised by customers. Some reviewers mentioned that their previous pair lasted for years and were still functioning well even after being exposed to harsh weather conditions. The cleats that come with these pedals are also long-lasting. Overall, the SHIMANO PDM520 Clipless SPD Bicycle Cycling Pedals are Considered to be a good value for money option. They provide a reliable and easy-to-use clip-in system, although the small platform and noticeable float may not suit everyone's preferences.
