Circuits Editorial Review
The Electronic Devices book by Floyd is a comprehensive guide for individuals looking to understand electronics beyond just coding. It covers a wide range of topics such as transistors, amplifiers and op amps. However, it is not suitable for absolute beginners who have no prior knowledge about basic electronics. The book has some useful information and clear explanations, but there are multiple errors in the problem sections, and the online references are unattainable. Some readers felt frustrated with the incomplete explanations, overlapping terminology, and tricky end of chapter questions. Overall, the book is recommended for those who have a basic understanding of electronics and would like to learn more in-depth about the subject.
