It has an auto voltage feature ranging from 100 to 240 V and provides built-in slots for four interfaces: Parallel, Serial, USB, and Network. Customers have had mixed experiences with this printer. Some have been satisfied with their purchase, claiming that the product works very well. However, others have found it too complicated to assemble and not easy to use, and they wouldn't recommend it to first-time users. One customer had problems with their printer, with all lights flashing, indicating a left-hand carriage return sensor problem. This required sending the product back to Epson for repair. However, the same customer went on to purchase another FX-2190II printer for office use.
